About Tiffany Crystal widener

Family!

I’m one of those rare unicorns newcomers to Nashville hear about... a native Nashvillian, born and raised right here in Middle Tennessee!

I’ve had a front-row seat to Nashville’s incredible growth and transformation, from the city I knew growing up to the vibrant and thriving community so many people now want to call home. My roots here run deep, and I truly love sharing the communities, neighborhoods, and little things that make Nashville and Middle Tennessee such a special place to live.

My husband is also one of those rare Nashville natives! After serving four years in the United States Air Force, he began his career with the Metro Nashville Police Department in 2000 and now serves as a Deputy Chief. We’ve been married for 30 years, have known each other since high school, and by the grace of God, survived a near-fatal car accident together on our very first date. Needless to say, we have quite a story... and apparently decided if we could make it through that first date, we could make it through just about anything together!

Family and community is at the heart of just about everything we do. We have been incredibly blessed with two sons, and becoming their parents happened in two very different—and equally wonderful—ways. Our oldest joined our family through the gift of adoption at birth. He is now 24 years old and is a licensed Advanced EMT in the state of Tennessee, working for the Nashville Fire Department. Four years after he was born, life surprised us with our youngest the old-fashioned way! He is almost 20 years old now, and is a student at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN pursuing his undergraduate degree in Political Science with his sights set on going to law school. Watching our boys grow into young men and begin building lives and careers of their own has been one of the greatest joys of our lives!

Through the years, our home has been the place where life happens—the celebrations, the hard seasons, the laughter, the milestones, the everyday moments, and plenty of memories in between. These days, our family also includes our two dogs, Sammie and Buzz, who make sure our house is never too quiet!

Our faith is also an important part of who we are. Our place of worship is Nashville First Baptist Church in the heart of downtown Nashville, where we’ve been blessed with a community that also feels like family. Looking back, I can see a common thread woven through so many parts of my life: people, relationships, and service. My faith has taught me the importance of loving and serving others well, and for nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of putting that into practice professionally through a career in funeral service. I have walked alongside families throughout some of the most difficult and deeply personal moments of their lives. Along the way, I’ve continued investing in my education, earning degrees not only in Funeral Service, but also in Management & Human Relations, followed by a Master of Science in Public Management. Each educational journey has broadened the way I understand people, organizations, communication, and leadership.

Over the years, every role I’ve held and every season I’ve walked through has taught me something about serving people well. They’ve taught me how to truly listen, how to pay attention to the smallest details, how to remain calm when someone feels overwhelmed, and how to recognize that behind every decision is a person, a family, and a story that matters. While real estate may look very different from other chapters of my professional life, the same thread remains. It’s still about people. It’s still about relationships. And very often, it’s about walking alongside someone during a significant transition in their life.

After 30 years of marriage, raising our boys here, building our careers here, worshiping here, and watching Nashville grow and change through the years, Middle Tennessee isn’t simply the market where I sell real estate... it’s home. And maybe that’s part of the reason real estate feels so personal to me. A home is so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and a sales price. It’s where life happens. It’s where families grow, traditions begin, friends gather around the table, children grow up, and ordinary days eventually become some of our most treasured memories.

That connection is something I bring with me when serving my real estate clients. I understand that buying or selling a home isn't just a transaction. It represents so much more... a new beginning, a growing family, an exciting opportunity, or the closing of one chapter before beginning another. Whether you’re a lifelong Middle Tennessean, relocating to the Nashville area, buying your first home, searching for your forever home, or preparing to sell a place filled with memories, my goal is to make the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more personal.

I’d be honored to help you find your place in the community I’ve been fortunate enough to call home my entire life.
